Illustrated with 55 original colored woodcuts by Roland Oudot, including one on the cover, 4 full-page, 26 in-text, a bandeau and 23 culs-de-lampe. Limited edition of 250 copies, numbered and justified by the artist and publisher. One of 50 signed by Roland Oudot, with a suite of color engravings on Montval paper, folder and slipcase. Some foxing. Sarn is the name of a pond, a farm, a family, in a remote province of England where ancestral superstitions and witchcraft are more prevalent than the reality of the Napoleonic wars.
