Jacques CHEMAY (1938-1996). The Monster, circa 1980. Lithograph, 41 x 45 cm. Numbered EA/75, dedicated and signed in pencil. Dedicated to Yves Hamon on his 45th birthday. Yves Hamon was a Bordeaux merchant-broker who, after a career in disreputable circles, turned his attention to painting on the bangs of the '70s. In 1971, he organized an exhibition entitled "Les Autres", featuring works by Jean-Marie Poumeyrol, Georges Bru, Carmeil, Cremonini, Alfred Courmes, Cueco, Fred Deux, Pierre Molinier, Michel Parré, Christian Zeimert and others.
