Manuscript of 550 leaves, 27 x 21 cm for the most part, sometimes stapled, in violet ink, leaning and legible handwriting, red basane spine case titled and decorated with fleurs de lys, laces. The text is introduced by this disclaimer: "This work is a pathological study of the cerebral perversions and sexual derangements of the present age.
