First part [fourth -], 1792. 4 volumes in 8 : part I, 179 pages and 1 p. of errata n. ch. ; part II : 214 pages, 1 f. n. ch, Part III: 205 pages and 1 page of errata n.c.; Part IV: 200 pages, IV pages of publisher's apostilles, 4 pages n.c. of table and errata, in a library hardback (old binding, corners dulled). First edition of this novel by Nerciat, following Félicia. According to Gay-Lemonnyer, it was published in Paris by Cazin. We prefer to follow Kearney, who sees it in Liège by Desoer. This copy is in accordance with the description revised by Pia in 1978, from a copy of Coulet and Faure, without frontispiece or engraving.
